In October, 2004, Doug was asked by old friend Tony Gardner of Alterian Studios to work as a puppeteer on the DVD extras for the film.

DOUG JONES REMEMBERS ...

This job was puppeteering the arms of 'Tiffany' (Bride of Chucky) for the DVD bonus features, Sci Fi Channel special, and TV ads for the newest Chucky movie, Seed Of Chucky.

An AMAZING process to watch 8 puppeteers make one little doll come to life. One puppeteer needed for each of the following:

Eyeballs & lids
Eyebrows
Mouth
Head movement
Torso movement
Arms
Fingers
Legs

I did 'Tiffany's' arms with my own in a contraption that made her arms mirror whatever my arms were doing, all done with wire cables, pulleys, hinges ... amazing. Another VERY TALENTED lanky fellow from England did the arms of 'Chucky,' and he was wonderful in training me briefly on how to make all this work.
