Despite the warnings of his grandmother, Bartholomew Bean gets lost in the woods on the way to a Halloween party with his friend David. He then finds himself caught in one of his grandmother's folk tales and in order to get out, he must help a little ghost child get to a graveyard before midnight. Unfortunately, things are not as easy as he would hope, as there are more than just ghosts that lurk in these woods ...
